Wales China Schools is a partnership between Cardiff Confucius Institute and Lampeter Confucius Institute, part-funded by the Chinese Authorities in collaboration with the Welsh Assembly Government, the British Council Wales and the National Centre for Languages (CILT Cymru), to deliver Mandarin Chinese and Chinese Culture to secondary and primary schools across Wales

The project offers the following opportunities for schools in Wales:

To deliver Chinese language and culture taster sessions
To deliver Chinese language courses
To run China Weeks for Primary Schools
To manage the Wales, Europe and the World language component of the Welsh Baccalaureate
To train teachers in Wales in the provision of Chinese language and culture
